At Balance in Motion, we take a unique approach to senior wellness by blending therapy with functional fitness to help seniors stay strong, steady and independent. We focus on identifying the specific needs of our clients and creating programs that promote independence while helping prevent falls and injuries. Falls are the leading cause of fatal and nonfatal injuries among older adults. While our healthcare system is often reactive, we take a proactive approach by empowering aging adults with the tools necessary to maintain independence and improve quality of life. Through personalized balance and strength training, we build confidence in everyday movement. We offer both group and private sessions through affordable monthly memberships.
